The service

The Divergent Path was established to enable individuals to access a highly specialized assessment and intervention service, in a timely manner.

The multidisciplinary team provides diagnostic assessments for adults aged 18 years and over who are suspected of being autistic, or having ADHD, or both, do not have a learning disability, and have given their consent. We offer online assessments, so we can see people wherever they live, in the comfort of their own home.

The team can also provide bespoke post-diagnostic online support, training, and consultancy based on individual need. This is charged at £135 per hour.

During your screening assessment, your clinician will identify areas that will require further assessment. This will help you to decide which assessments are appropriate for you and the next steps.

It should be noted that we do not provide a prescription service. If you have a stand alone ADHD assessment, that confirms a positive diagnosis, you may want to consider medication.
